Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of DeProject. This starter version is provided for early customers and trial users while the platform evolves.

1. Use of the service

DeProject provides project workspace, document control, approval, QR access, client portal, vendor portal, and related business-operation features for project teams.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for ensuring that invited team members, clients, vendors, and contractors are assigned appropriate access.

3. Uploaded content

Customers remain responsible for the documents, drawings, images, comments, approvals, and other project records uploaded to the platform.

4. Trials and subscriptions

New organizations may receive a 14-day trial. Paid subscriptions, module availability, limits, and support terms may vary by plan and will be confirmed separately.

5. Availability and changes

DeProject may improve, change, or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to maintain reliable access and communicate material changes where appropriate.
